What is the Tools for Transformation Program?
This intensive was birthed from the inquisitive questions and desires of our clients and students. They really wanted to have an immersion of transformative practices that they could use in their daily lives.
We have now brought these principles together into one program, so that anyone can have access to and develop this cornucopia of lifestyle tools for cultivating wellness, increased awareness, and enthusiasm for life. Ari and Gaia have utilized these practices in their daily lives and continue to reap the benefits from their efforts and dedication.
What Will We Learn?
In this program you will gain and develop a rich foundation of non- dogmatic practices to confidently choose from in order to work through planetary shifts and collective chaos.
This intensive will assist you in your ability to be focused and anchored into the present moment by giving you the tools to be able to handle what life serves you. You can again make life choices and decisions with balance, kindness, compassion for self and others and move though an ever changing world with grace and ease.
Also, once these practices are put into daily action, one will receive the benefits of purifying the mind, cleansing of the emotional bodies and healing of the physical body just of starters!

Why This Course?
The Tools for Transformation Course is about mind, body and spirit purification and the raising of your vibrational frequency. We will focus on teaching you the best possible nutrition and lifestyle guidelines that are proven to bring the physical body to a point where it can receive the highest vibrational input. We will also teach you tools and techniques that will assist in you in being able to adapt with the fast-paced changes that will occur during the year. The techniques that we teach, give you the foundation to move through your mental blocks and emotional binds that will arise.
It is a must for forward movement and light body activations.
Working on ascension is a lifestyle. These tools and teachings are expected to be adopted and integrated in the life of each and every person in the course throughout the year.
This Starseed Ascension class is not for the faint of heart. It is for those who are seriously committed to their spiritual evolution without hesitation.
The group that you will be with, will become your heart family. They will be your witness, and you theirs, to the growth and miracles that will occur throughout the year. This class is helping me to connect with my Higher Self on a deeper level. Especially through the high frequency meditations that we are learning. They are helping me to disentangle from the dark web of the Matrix system.
I have learned to establish a self-care routine through the beautiful teachings of Ari and Gaia, that support the health and well-being of my physical body. This is necessary to move forward on my spiritual path. I have learned the importance of committing to a daily spiritual practice. By doing this, I have been able to obtain inner peace. And when that inner peace eludes me, this class has given me the tools to return to that sacred space.
I am learning that when fear rears its ugly head, to own that fear. Not to push it away. To ask to see what it is showing me and then bring healing light into that fear. This class is helping me to become a better version of myself.

What sets us apart from other teachers and what makes us different?
What we teach is not a hobby, it is a lifestyle. We make our spiritual progress; and our mental, emotional, physical wellness; and our relationship workings a priority in our lives. We have studied various belief systems, traditions and spiritual practices but we have not defined ourselves by them.
We feel that the effort we make in our personal lives comes through in our classes and workshops. We are very inquisitive, fun and still have wonder and curiosity. This propels us to constantly push the envelope and ask tough questions so that we genuinely know ourselves and what we are capable of. We are comfortable being uncomfortable. We are flexible and follow our Higher self-intelligence. We incorporate relevant practices not as a rule but as needs arise which applies to the way we teach and share information. It’s all about the “now”.
We love what we do and are deeply passionate about it. We welcome questions and enjoy sharing in the moment answers. We are good listeners and have the ability to tune into the frequency and higher selves of our groups. We feel honored to witness the process of our students. How is this program different than others?
This program is all encompassing. We have worked on refining it since the early 2000s. The Ascension Program covers a wide range of subjects such as high frequency nutrition, ancient traditions and how you can use them to propel yourself forward. There is energy building and emotional and mental purification. You will have many opportunities for self-reflection and witness to that. There are advanced meditations and activations of our light bodies. We have sectioned the year in a methodical way to assist you in creating a consciously grounded platform. This is to give you the foundation and ability to grow and transform by amplifying your body’s ability to receive higher frequencies and light information.
We focus on the most complete information relevant to the focus of the class section. For example, in the first section of the program we focus on the physical body and how to create the cleanest vessel possible. Another aspect that we feel is important and rare, is relaying real-time information from our student’s individual higher selves in order to give them the most relevant information to be able move forward.
How are in the in-person meetings scheduled?
We offer flexible learning options to accommodate different schedules and preferences. The group will choose which format works best for everyone and the year will unfold with the agreed-upon schedule.
- Weekend Immersions:
- This option is ideal for those who prefer focused, immersive learning experiences while balancing other commitments.
- Quarterly One-Week Intensives:
- Participate in four intensives spread throughout the year, one each quarter.
- This format suits those who thrive in a retreat-like setting, allowing for deeper exploration without frequent travel.
- Local Weekly Gatherings:
- If you’re local or within easy driving distance to our Westcliffe location, consider our weekly program.
- We’ll meet once a week on either Saturday or Sunday, depending on what works best for the group.
Why do we only teach this course in person?
We have found that many online programs give you too many opportunities to multitask and to be distracted. We also find that online trainings make it very difficult to ask important questions. Questions we feel are an important part to growth and understanding.
With in person training, students are accountable and focused on the task at hand. This creates a much better chance for embodiment of the information and ultimately to experience a high level of success and transformation.
An incredible part of the experience is working together as a group. This Ascension Program is a journey. One that is important to have our physical support during the transformation process. There is an amazing cohesiveness that develops with this class, allowing everyone the opportunity to be the witness for each other’s development and growth. It also gives opportunities to learn from each other’s perspectives.
When we are unique in how we choose to live our lives, we tend to feel like we are alone. Belonging to a group of like-minded people, helps you to feel supported and comforted giving you confidence to listen to your higher guidance.
It is truly incredible when we come together for such an experience to witness and feel the love that the group aspires too. It is a beautiful gift and so deeply moving. It is a miracle to behold. We see this as a start of all of us on a global level being able to work together in harmony.
