This intensive is about mind, body and spirit purification and the raising of your vibrational frequency. We will focus on teaching you the best possible nutrition and lifestyle guidelines that are proven to bring the physical body to a point where it can receive the highest vibrational input. We will also teach you tools and techniques that will assist in you in being able to adapt with the fast-paced changes that will occur during your life. The techniques that we teach, give you the foundation to move through your mental blocks and emotional binds that will arise.
