Raising Frequency – Through LightStream & Sacred Sounds

In a supportive group environment, we will be working with LightStreams, focused intention, and ancient sounds to clear and harmonize the energy centers—creating space to release what is no longer serving you and raise your overall frequency.

In this experiential workshop you will:

• Balance and clear the chakras using guided LightStreams
• Learn and practice Sanskrit bija (seed) sounds for each energy center
• Use sound, light, and intention to activate coherence and alignment
• Cultivate calm, clarity, and embodied presence
