Furthermore, through guided practice and mindful exploration, you’ll learn to listen, respond, and work with greater confidence, sensitivity, and respect for the power of sound.

Whether you are just beginning your journey or deepening an existing practice, this experience will guide you toward a more intentional and responsible relationship with sound. In addition, through hands-on exploration and mindful practice, you’ll develop greater confidence, refine your technique, and gain a deeper appreciation for the art of sound healing.

Prerequisite

Before enrolling in the introductory course, we strongly recommend experiencing a private crystal bowl healing session. This personal experience allows you to first explore the transformative qualities of crystal bowl sound and gain a deeper understanding of how the instruments feel and resonate within your own experience.

In addition, the session provides an opportunity to become familiar with the work before entering the course. As a result, you may feel more prepared to engage with the course material and discover whether further training is the right path for you.

Ultimately, this experience can help you develop a more informed, confident, and respectful approach to working with quartz crystal singing bowls.

Gaia A Seasoned Sound Healing Practitioner, Mantra Therapist + LightStreamer

With over 30 years of experience, Gaia is a trained and certified sound healing practitioner who has worked with hundreds of individuals and families, facilitating private sessions, group crystal sound circles, and ceremonies.

Her journey began at age 17 through Shamanic traditions and drumming, evolving into a lifelong exploration of sound, resonance, and vibrational practices. Since 1997, she has immersed herself in the art of sound healing, studying crystal singing bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, planetary gongs, tuning forks, and sacred mantra with respected teachers including Russell Paul, Tom Kenyon, and Jonathan Goldman.

Her training also includes the Fibonacci Tuning Fork Healing System, Acutonics, and Mantra Therapy through the lineage of Namadeva Acharya and Vocal Techniques for emotional release.

Gaia with intuitive listening weaves these modalities into personalized sound experiences, to create opportunities for relaxation + restoration.

Through her work with Ascended Beings alongside her husband Ari, Gaia shares her passion for helping others rediscover the power of their own voice and the profound relationship between sound, body, and emotional awareness.

Advanced Crystal Bowl Healing: The Art of the Private Session

Take your crystal bowl practice to the next level. In this advanced course, you’ll learn how to confidently guide a private crystal bowl healing session from beginning to end, blending scientific understanding with intuitive application.

Learn a refined, time-tested method passed down to me by one of Canada’s leading crystal bowl teachers. Through hands-on instruction, you’ll develop greater precision, skill, and sensitivity in working with sound and resonance.

Learn how to thoughtfully and scientifically structure each session, while developing the awareness to respond to your client’s individual needs.

Move beyond simply playing the bowls and learn the art of facilitating a purposeful, professional sound healing session.

What This Course Includes:

• Comprehensive Instruction: Step-by-step guidance on how to structure and lead a complete private healing session.
• Supervised Practice: Three group practice sessions under supervision, allowing you to refine your technique and gain confidence.
• Materials Provided: Handouts and course outlines to support your learning and serve as a valuable resource post-training.

• Duration: The course spans two days and is held over a weekend, with the schedule tailored to accommodate student demand.
• Format: Students will work together, ask questions, and have ample opportunities to practice their new skills in a supportive group setting.

Requirements:

• Students must have a crystal bowl or a healing set, with a minimum of seven bowls. (Frosted bowls are strongly recommended for their durability and affordability.)
• Students must have completed Level 1 course.
