What Is Ascension Through Sacred Relationship Program?
This ascension program is based on students who are either working with a partner or are working on finding and accessing their Twin-Flame or Divine Counterpart.
This in-person intensive program was been birthed out of necessity due to the interest of individuals wishing to work with a sacred partner or to generate energy towards finding a suitable partner or Twin-Flame.
Through sacred union we seek to amplify the energies through the practice of tantra (intertwining) and reunification of the masculine/feminine or electrical/magnetic fields to complete the whole.
What Will We Do?
The first part of this intensive focuses on teaching and putting into practice a cornucopia of lifestyle tools. These tools help you to cultivate a higher frequency; nutritional wellness; an increased awareness of self; and creates an opening to your connection with your higher self. It also gives you a foundation of practices that you can choose from to work through the year of self-discovery in a safe and empowered place. Each class will dive into a practice that you can use to anchor yourself into the present moment allowing you to receive the benefits of purifying the mind and cleansing the emotional and physical bodies.
These practices and tools for transformation are not a form of dogma or religion. They provide encouragement and guidelines for you to expand your mind, body and heart through a multitude of possibilities.
This Ascension Program incorporates a daily physical and/or mental body practice, developing more Ki/Chi/Prana, as well as developing a more physical/emotional and mental cleansing for vibrant health, healing, longevity and spiritual endurance.
The group has a home study and a practice for each week. In the following class we will share any pertinent experiences and answer any questions you may have from the practice. New information will be presented in the current class, with new home assignments and practices for the next week. If you are feeling uncomfortable or stressed in any way, we will assist you in moving through your concerns. This will continue throughout the year.

The One-Year Process is as Follows:
Please keep in mind that all these subjects are intertwined. This is just to give you an overview of how the year may proceed.
Section One – Tools for Transformation
This section is about mind, body and spirit purification and the raising of your vibrational frequency. We will focus on teaching you the best possible nutrition and lifestyle guidelines that are proven to bring the physical body to a point where it can receive the highest vibrational input. We will also teach you tools and techniques that will assist in you in being able to adapt with the fast-paced changes that will occur during the year. The techniques that we teach, give you the foundation to move through your mental blocks and emotional binds that will arise.
This section is a must for forward movement and light body activations.
It is one of the things that sets this program apart from others.
Working on ascension is a lifestyle. These tools and teachings are expected to be adopted and integrated in the life of each and every person in the course throughout the year.
Section Two – Creating your New Reality
This part of the program moves from a basic consciousness awareness developing program, into a gift of the spirit program. We focus on opening and expanding our awareness into the subtle realms of creation. We learn to build more light within the energy body and refine our energy centers (chakras). We study the subtle bodies, chakras. We dive into and learn about timelines and their effect on our current reality, as well as how to change them. This all becomes very important as our reality begins to change quickly.
At this point spiritual ethics become a point of study. We become more and more aware of our potential for creating not only our own reality but also how we affect the reality of others.
We learn the difference between the laws governing both the material and spiritual worlds. We dive into the understanding of the duality of creation and how to navigate it for spiritual growth rather than as something to shy away from.
This section is about you as a sacred union.
We see so much of the modern spiritual movement focused on fantasy that it has itself become another trap. Each highly evolved individual must remember, and must go through, the process of understanding how the creation of the matrix came about. This is necessary to reverse the process in your life experience and move out of a highly intelligent and manipulated real-time matrix. You will come to understand that the matrix manipulates the conscious, unconscious mind and the sleep state.
We will dive deep into the identity of everyone in the group. This is necessary because when everyone realizes who and what they are, they can move forward in the ascension process.
We will discuss, teach, question and help you to understand the state of our current and past belief systems; how they came about; and how they are misused to keep the wheels of the matrix turning and creating in your life. We will also discuss how these systems can be beneficial and non-beneficial to you. You will be given the tools to be able to recognize these loops and traps you may be in, so that you can transform the identity linked to the system and create a new conscious path forward.
Section Three – Higher Self Access and Integration
This part of the Ascension Program is about developing a deeper understanding of the workings of the current matrix (fixed and unfixed star tetrahedron known as the Merkaba – Light Body) and the activating and purifying your current light-body.
You will learn to co-create with your higher selves a new timeline which serves the greater good. We will also go deeper into the power and the limitations of belief systems. With this understanding, we can effectively navigate the cause and effect of duality to begin the movement into higher realms of existence. With the developed ability to make necessary adjustments, you will be able to create an opportunity to keep yourself on the clearest, fastest ascension path that is in alignment with your highest good.
We will also focus our attention on a greater expansion of our awareness into the subtle realms of Source through accessing and integrating with our Higher selves.
We will continue to build more light within the energy body and refine, clear and activate our energy centers. We will learn how to refine and restructure our light bodies/mer ka ba so we can access information from our Higher selves and create a vessel with a higher and wider frequency bandwidth in order to maintain and continue to embody our Higher selves.
Section Four – Creating your New Reality
This is the final section where everything that you have learned comes together to assist you to reach the full potential of the Ascension Program.
Through advanced meditations and advanced conscious awareness exercises, (such as telekinesis for greater concentration; astral projection for raising our frequency; as well as understanding and navigating other frequency bands of consciousness), we begin to learn about our original blueprint which is the creation imbued element based light body. We will then move into re-creating the diamond light-body or Galactic light-body, which is required to move out of the current matrix.
There will be deep discussions and teachings around accessing our origin prior to entering this reality, as well as accessing our original mission and reason for entering into this current situation/reality.
We will focus our attention through our higher aspects on greater and greater expansion of our awareness into higher realms of source consciousness in order to be of benefit to the greater good. In doing so we can clear our path to return to Source or our most recent origin.
This Starseed Ascension class is not for the faint of heart. It is for those who are seriously committed to their spiritual evolution without hesitation.
The group that you will be with, will become your heart family. They will be your witness, and you theirs, to the growth and miracles that will occur throughout the year. This class is helping me to connect with my Higher Self on a deeper level. Especially through the high frequency meditations that we are learning. They are helping me to disentangle from the dark web of the Matrix system.
I have learned to establish a self-care routine through the beautiful teachings of Ari and Gaia, that support the health and well-being of my physical body. This is necessary to move forward on my spiritual path. I have learned the importance of committing to a daily spiritual practice. By doing this, I have been able to obtain inner peace. And when that inner peace eludes me, this class has given me the tools to return to that sacred space.
I am learning that when fear rears its ugly head, to own that fear. Not to push it away. To ask to see what it is showing me and then bring healing light into that fear. This class is helping me to become a better version of myself.

What sets us apart from other teachers and what makes us different?
What we teach is not a hobby, it is a lifestyle. We make our spiritual progress; and our mental, emotional, physical wellness; and our relationship workings a priority in our lives. We have studied various belief systems, traditions and spiritual practices but we have not defined ourselves by them.
We feel that the effort we make in our personal lives comes through in our classes and workshops. We are very inquisitive, fun and still have wonder and curiosity. This propels us to constantly push the envelope and ask tough questions so that we genuinely know our selves and what we are capable of. We are comfortable being uncomfortable. We are flexible and follow our Higher self-intelligence. We incorporate relevant practices not as a rule but as needs arise which applies to the way we teach and share information. Through-out our entire lives we have worked rigorously to support the universal energetic changes on the planet, as well as being healers and teachers of higher consciousness.

The person taking our photos had never seen this in a couple before. We know this as our key or program (which is seen in the higher heart area). We are conscious about what his means and that we have access to a set of guidelines for reunification that are built in.

How is this program different than others?
This program is all encompassing. We have worked on refining it since the early 2000s. The Ascension Program covers a wide range of subjects such as high frequency nutrition, ancient traditions and how you can use them to propel yourself forward. There is energy building and emotional and mental purification. You will have many opportunities for self-reflection and witness to that. There are advanced meditations and activations of our light bodies. We have sectioned the year in a methodical way to assist you in creating a consciously grounded platform. This is to give you the foundation and ability to grow and transform by amplifying your body’s ability to receive higher frequencies and light information.
We focus on the most complete information relevant to the focus of the class section. For example, in the first section of the program we focus on the physical body and how to create the cleanest vessel possible. Another aspect that we feel is important and rare, is relaying real-time information from our student’s individual higher selves in order to give them the most relevant information to be able move forward.
Why is this a one year long program?
We have seen through experience that it takes a complete Earth cycle to get the maximum benefit from this class. It also takes this amount of time to work through the identity/ego programing giving you the ability to discover and embody your new life choices and inspirations with our support and that of the group. We cannot be of service to you if you are not fully committed to move forward or out of this matrix.
How are in the in-person meetings scheduled?
We offer flexible learning options to accommodate different schedules and preferences. The group will choose which format works best for everyone and the year will unfold with the agreed-upon schedule.
- Weekend Immersions:
- Attend two full weekends a month — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — for one year.
- This option is ideal for those who prefer focused, immersive learning experiences while balancing other commitments.
- Quarterly One-Week Intensives:
- Participate in four one-week intensives spread throughout the year, one each quarter.
- This format suits those who thrive in a retreat-like setting, allowing for deeper exploration without frequent travel.
- Local Weekly Gatherings:
- If you’re local or within easy driving distance to our Westcliffe location, consider our one-year weekly program.
- We’ll meet once a week on either Saturday or Sunday, depending on what works best for the group.
Why do we only teach this course in person?
We have found that many online programs give you too many opportunities to multitask and be distracted. We also find that online trainings make it very difficult to ask important questions, questions we feel are an important part to growth and understanding.
With in person training, students are accountable and focused on the task at hand. This creates a much better chance for embodiment of the information and ultimately to experience a high level of success and transformation.
An incredible part of the experience is working together as a group. This Ascension Program is a journey. One that is important to have our physical support during the transformation process. There is an amazing cohesiveness that develops with this class, allowing everyone the opportunity to be the witness for each other’s development and growth. It also gives opportunities to learn from each other’s perspectives.
When we are unique in how we choose to live our lives, we tend to feel like we are alone. Belonging to a group of like-minded people, helps you to feel supported and comforted giving you confidence to listen to your higher guidance.
It is truly incredible when we come together for such an experience to witness and feel the love that the group aspires too. It is a beautiful gift and so deeply moving. It is a miracle to behold. We see this as a start of all of us on a global level being able to work together in harmony.
What is the cost of this one year program?
The value of this course is determined by the students. Once we know that you are committed and we have enough people to begin the next program, we then begin the process with the group to determine the cost of the course for the year to come.
Once that is determined, we ask that the class is paid for in advance.
In our experience we have noted that students with that level of commitment, that the growth of the student and the cohesiveness of the class just excels!
