LightStreaming Sessions are different from any other channeling, psychic, or clairvoyant session you’ve experienced.
What should I expect?
We offer both in-person/couple and group sessions, as well as remote individual/couple and group. In all cases, both Gaia and Ari facilitate the session. Gaia utilizes a droning instrument called a Shruti to help her connect with your higher self accessing your multi-dimensional potentiality in the current moment. Ari supports the session’s energy and helps call Gaia’s attention to energetic areas of significance.
The Shruti makes a melodic droning sound as Gaia rides these sound waves until she meets your higher self; from there, she uses her clairvoyant abilities to hear and see the messages your higher self feels most relevant for you to receive at that time. These messages could be – the next steps for healing in the emotional or physical body, the calling back of soul parts, clearing the pertinent blocks you have been facing, knowledge you need for confirmation that your on the right path, meeting or confirmations of the guides and helpers you have been noticing, or suggestions to assist you in the integration of your new activations.
In regards to those seeking there own spiritual evolution, higher self will guide us in ways to activate dormant DNA, repair energy systems, upgrade chakra systems and clear a path forward to the possibility of seeing your true mission in this lifetime.
While you are in session you may feel a wide variety of emotions, temperature changes, charges of electricity, pulses, heaviness. You may hear sounds and songs, you may fall asleep, or have a direct experience your guides and helpers or angelic beings.
After a session what should I expect?
After you receive a LightStream Session we invite you to take it easy for a few days as you may feel pretty tired. Make sure you are well hydrated and nourished, and that your environment is conducive to healing. You may have emotional ups and downs, you may sleep better, have very vivid dreams, or you may feel really fueled and ready to go. The list is endless, but please feel free to reach out if you need support.
How long do these sessions last?
They last as long as needed, but that’s usually somewhere between 45 minutes and 1.25 hours.
What is the cost of these sessions?

Do I have to believe in anything particular?
No you do not. Unlike channeling sessions you may have heard of or experienced, Gaia isn’t talking to unknown energies out in the void. Instead, she’s intently tapping into your own higher self or soul consciousness. We invite you to be open to receiving the wisdom and messages that are shared. Once you hear it you can make your own choices of what you choose to work with.
Is what I learn sure to happen? Is this prophesy? Do I still have free will?
The LightStreaming Sessions connect to your higher self in the realm of potentiality. This means we’ll get detailed information for you, but you’ll have the CHOICE about what to do with this information. In a session, we usually explore a growth path available to you, but it’s up to you to take action. There may be other paths open to you. There may be more growth needed before you see the whole path before you. You have free will during our LightStreaming Sessions and always!
What if I hear something I don’t understand?
Gaia is always happy to answer questions and help you to understand the messages she receives during your LightStreaming Session. The messages received are a potential(s) for you to contemplate. Information flows through the stream in visuals and feelings as well as instructional messages. LightStream Sessions build on upon each other. What you may not understand in the previous session, if its relevant you may receive clarity in the following session. It’s likened to a puzzle, you may not see the picture until you add more pieces. .
Can my sessions be done remotely?
Yes, since these are purely energetic sessions, we can easily access your higher self in a remote session. Here’s what to expect in a remote session:
At the time of your session, I’ll connect with you via a phone call to discuss your intentions and goals for the session. Then, we’ll hang up, and we will begin the session. We feel it is important and encourage you to rest and relax during the session as a lot of energy will be transmitted and shared. Once the session is completed, Gaia call you back or reconnect on Zoom to discuss any points that stood out.
After that, we will send a recording of the entire session so you can tune in to all the information when you’re ready. You can keep this recording and tune into it as many times as you need. Many clients use it as a meditation to reconnect with that specific energy and help solidify the guidance that they’re receiving. You’ll be able to benefit from this session long after it’s over.
May I record my session?
We will record both remote and in-person sessions for you and email you the file upon completion of the session.
What about payment?
We accept payment with cash or local cheques, PayPal, silver and gold. Gift certificates are available.

How to Prepare for a Remote Session
CREATE A SACRED SPACE
During the session we invite you to turn off your phones, internet, TVs, and anything else you may find distracting. Light some incense, turn on some healing music, bring out those beautiful crystals, images of Christ, or any other Ascended Masters that help you create a safe and sacred space. This session is best received while uninterrupted, laying down or in a comfortable position. Please gift yourself anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes to receive and interact with the healing frequencies of the session.
WRITE DOWN YOUR INTENTIONS
We have always felt that is important to participate in our own healing and by writing your intentions for this session is a powerful way to bring about a higher success rate of having your intentions manifest.
The intentions we will hold for the group are to: Receive upgrades, activations, integrations and healings that are in alignment with your highest good
MAKE SURE YOU ARE WELL HYDRATED
It is important to make sure you are well hydrated before and after your session. This will assist in helping the available energy during the session be more easily received by your physical and light body.
How to Connect to the Remote Session
We will connect on the phone prior and after the session. The session will be recorded and sent to you in an email with any other insights or impressions that Ari and I pick up in during the session.
Image yourself in a 4 sided diamond, then ask for your higher self to show up and imagine it sitting in the top third of the diamond.
What to Expect During a Remote Session
During the LightStream Activation Session you may feel a wide variety sensations. Around you or through your body, you may feel a coolness or warmth, pressure on different parts of your body, emotional surges, you may fall asleep (which is completely alright), feel tired or feel highly energized.
You may hear sounds, smell different scents, have a multitude of colors swirling in your spirit eye! The possibilities are are truly endless as we are all so unique in how we interact with spirit.
This session will be recorded. Once the session is complete we will send the link and also share by email any impressions and extras that were not recorded as Ari receives extra insights or impressions during these sessions.
How to Integrate / Aftercare
REMEBER TO HYDRATE
It is super important to hydrate as it helps the body be a better conductor for the light information that was offered in the LightStream Activation.
GIVE YOURSELF TIME TO INTEGRATE
We have found that the average integration time is approximately 2.5 to 3 days per session.
KEEP YOUR ENVIRONMENT CLEAR AND PEACEFUL
If possible try to plan for a few days of a quieter lifestyle for example: listen to gentle music, take walks in nature, on the beach, meditate, take a bath with essential oils, kick your feet up with a hot cup of tea.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER A LIGHTSTREAM SESSION
The healing responses to the LightStream Activation sessions vary considerably. They may feel like subtle nudges for a different response to a life situation, there may be highs and lows for emotional releases, feeling really tired or really energized, feeling super thirsty, colors may seem brighter, you may feel a stronger connection with your guides and higher self, clarity on a subject you’ve been needing clarity on, you may have the best sleep ever, many dreams that you can recall, and the list goes on.
If you didn’t feel anything that is alright too! Not everyone feels something but they do notice the benefits in their daily life.

Colorado✨ My Experience with a Light Stream Session by Gaia + Ari ✨
On March 31, 2025, I had what’s called a Light Stream Session with the gifted light workers Gaia + Ari. We weren’t on the phone, or zoom — Gaia and Ari connected with my energy remotely from their end — but the moment they began, I knew something profound was happening.
Shortly after 8 PM (much earlier than I normally wind down), I was suddenly overcome with deep fatigue. I had to get into bed and be completely still. Over the next few days, I experienced intense exhaustion, sensations like an elevator drop in my body, and a surge in thirst—more water than I usually ever need. My skin also dried out severely and stayed that way for nearly a month. I even had histamine and oxalate releases, like my body was going through a major purge.
